A clipping path is a close vectorized shape or non-printing line used to cut out an raster image from their background in an image editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.Even though there are many alternatives to separate an object from its background,but Photoshop pen tool is the professional device for hand made Clipping Paths. Anything inside the path will be included after the clipping path is applied, and ignore everything else outside of it.
Of Course, You can send your image to check our quality by having one or two image done from our Free Trial Form on our Website. You also can use E-mail, FTP or any other option.
We are currently using two methods for uploading and downloading files from their individual accounts in our server.
- Web uploader, using this method you will be able to download/upload files after sign in via web and don’t need to set up another FTP software. You can send unlimited files with unlimited size.
- FTP clients software, using this method you will be able to download/ upload files unlimited and it’s really very easier, faster and flexible to use. Here we prefer Fileliza FTP clients.
To learn more please visit our FTP tutorial. In addition, we also accept third parities downloading/uploading option, that means if you have files in your server like (dropbox) and you shared the link with us, we will download them and upload your server.
There is no specific file format we need to work with. If Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator support the file format then it is workable. But we prefer .JPEG .PSD .TIFF for Photoshop and .AI .EPS PDF for Illustrator. We also request for sending .jpeg file because it is less file size than other file formats while the quality almost similar. Though it is your wish which file format you require.

Yes- evidently. All our personnel have signed a non-disclosure agreement where they commit themselves to not taking any images out of the workplace or use it for any other purposes than for the job you require. Our entire equipment is also protected by firewall for inbound and outbound security and we use the latest antivirus protection in every computer.
Absolutely yes, our FTP server is secure and protected enough. Every user has different user name and password for their individual account so no one can access your FTP account.
A: You don’t need to pay before your job is finished. You pay once you receive the completed images and are happy with the quality.
Once a batch of work is completed, we send you an invoice. We accept payment through PayPal so you can pay with your PayPal account, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express. You can also transfer money to our bank account.
A: Yes, if you send us regular work, we don’t ask you to pay on every job, instead you can pay monthly. In that case we maintain just one invoice with all the different job details. Each time you place an order, we make an entry to the invoice with all its details including date, batch number, quantity, job description, price etc. So when you make a payment, you can take a look at the invoice to see weather everything is okay. In this case we prefer bank account.

Even though, if you find problem with your files or requirements you expected in that case we request to let us know and we’ll take immediate correction without extra fee.
Because we do our billing at the end of the job, refunding is not a problem. However, you cannot cancel an order that has already been completed and e-mail to you. If you are not satisfied with the way your artwork came out, reply back with details on the problem areas and we will fix them. We are not responsible for any errors that are made once production of your artwork has begun. We insist you view your artwork thoroughly before going into any kind of production.
